Could get more by socketing +healing and such, but still, it's pretty damn impressive.
btw, no trinket use, if you're wondering - It's scarab and alch stone there.

lol jk, still i dont believe u didnt stack healing gems, i stacked 26 healing ones *yeah not unique here* to get to 2970 or sth in best gears
